Llandudno & District Local Community Forum
Welcome PDF Print E-mail
...to the Llandudno and local area community forum

These Local websites/forums are  run as a free local service provided by Kindways.com ltd.
The forum  provides a collection of local information and a source of entertainment for its users. We were distressed at the loss of a website that has been of use to so many of its members, and Craig Ollerton -  in light of misuse of the site - graciously agreed to separate it from himself and his business and allow the site and the local forum concept to continue and grow.

IMPORTANT

When registering, please use your proper name;  this will not appear on the forum, as only your screen name will be shown.  If you do not do this, your account may be deleted as suspected SPAM.  Thanks for your understanding.

As we are sure you are all aware the site began this year as an enterprise rising from the hard work of Craig Ollerton and the Llandudno Enthusiasts' website. This formed part of a combined producton which included his personal collection of Llandudno memorabilia alongside a magazine distributed freely and paid for entirely by advertising and sponsorship.

Advertisers with the magazine will still enjoy free feature Ads and links in the business directory but this feature will be open to all business on request.

Mission Statement

To provide an active debating forum on local issues,

A point of reference for business and individuals

Provide the most comprehensive and accurate information available locally

Evolve this web site to enhance the user experience

Keep topical, relevant and visionary

Provide its members and guests with an enjoyable environment
To promote, educate and encourage visitors to the town.

A network of five Local Community Forums has been established – one for each of the main towns in the Area and their surrounding area, and one for the rural area. Each town forum will have its own moderators and promoters. The “Local "website containing the forum will remain a community resource rather than a business.

The magazine currently bearing the Llandudno Local branding will remain a separate and  commercial venture.
